Arrival & Departure

Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

We will be present at your arrival and departure to show you the apartment and hand over the keys. Different times may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival. For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.

Conditions

Every rental is subject to a seasonal rental agreement. A 30% deposit is required, with the balance due 24 hours before your arrival. Security deposit: €1,000. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee: €60.

House Rules

House Rules:

  • Parties are strictly prohibited in this apartment.
  • Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, including at the windows (your deposit may be used to cover complete deodorization if necessary).
  • The apartment is for the exclusive use of registered guests (no outside visitors, especially for parties).
  • Please take out the trash between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM, using the bins located next to the building’s entrance (trash collection begins at 8:00 PM).
  • Do not move the furniture.
  • Complimentary high-speed fiber internet is provided. However, you are fully responsible for any illegal downloads or unlawful use of the internet connection.

Check-in is from 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest.

Before departure, please:

  • Strip the beds and leave used towels on the bathroom floors.
  • Empty the fridge and freezer completely.
  • Do not leave any perishable or open food behind.
  • Clean, dry, and put away all used dishes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jean-Christophe ; l’appartement conforme à la description, est idéalement situé au calme tout en étant à 2 pas du port. La communication est très facile et Jean Christophe a mis tout en œuvre pour nous satisfaire. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain!

The apartment was great, well situated between beach and harbor. Very walkable. No parking but the parking Verdun offers pass for the week that was helpful. Great place, spacious. We definitively recommend!

Accueil en personne pour la remise de clef très apprécié, merci! Logement très bien situé, emplacement silencieux, air conditionné qui nous a sauvé durant la canicule, cuisine très bien équipé, logement propre...la liste des points positifs est longue!
