Scheduled between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., you will be welcomed with a hand-delivery of the keys. After visiting the premises, you will be given 2 sets of keys. The beds will be made and you will have towels in the bathrooms. In the kitchen, you have tea towels available, household products if necessary and the necessary to avoid running to do all your shopping on the first day (oil, pepper, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.). In the toilets, you have rollers available and some capsules/tablets for the dishwasher and/or the washing machine. These products are at your disposal to start your stay in peace, it is your responsibility to complete for the rest of your vacation.

During your absence during the day, please close all the windows and Velux windows, including the shutters (and Velux curtains) if you want to keep a little freshness when you return from the beach.

On your return, do not hesitate to open the windows and Velux on all sides, the apartment being through, it will temper itself very quickly.

Please do not turn on the air conditioning during your absence during the day.

Be sure to hang the shutters open because in the event of a gust of wind, they can slam very hard on the facade to the detriment of the tranquility of the neighbours.

For your wet, salty or gritty belongings (umbrella, children’s toys, mattresses, etc.) you have storage outside the apartment just above the front door.

The WIFI is of course at your complete disposal (see code on the box). Nevertheless, a use contrary to the legislation (illegal downloading or streaming), if this were to be sanctioned by the authorities, would entail your full responsibility.

Access by car is regulated. However, if necessary (unloading of groceries, luggage etc…) you can access for 20 min by positioning yourself in front of the automatic terminals at the beginning of rue Amiral Roustan by calling the municipal police (number indicated on the terminal). A ticket will be given to you and the bollards lowered. Service available from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Closed after 8 p.m. and on Sundays.

Appliances: you will have a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer and a large fridge-freezer.

Parking: The closest is that of the Port de Plaisance. The most interesting packages are those of the Center or Verdun.

Garbage cans: they are picked up every morning around 7am at the foot of the building. You have to put your bag the night before. Sorting is available in the buried containers on the seaside promenade.

Pets: They are not allowed in the apartment
